Yep. I was one of those 1 in 3 teens. Almost gave up on the dating scene until my wife jumped in and saved my life. :)
I had a very verbal abusive bf my sophmore yr in high school. Thank goodness my parents blind and helped me out. Now I know what to look for when my kids are dating!
Not good to hear...the stats are shocking and can affect anyone. I am so glad you have such an amazing wife! :)
I'm glad you have such wonderful parents! and that they were able to step in and help. I hope we can all be that way with our kids-so important to know the signs and be there for them! :)
